Mrs. Ranjana Bhargava - Principal
Mrs. Ranjana Bhargava is the Principal and Director of The Little Scholar School, bringing over three decades of experience to her role. She began her career with Oberoi Hotels and transitioned into the education field in 1989. Ranjana holds a two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education and has since dedicated herself to nurturing and guiding young minds. Her leadership and vision are pivotal in shaping the educational environment at The Little Scholar School. As a board member, she combines her expertise in hospitality and education to enhance the school's programs and ensure exceptional standards of care and learning for every child.
Dr. Indu Kaura - Board Member
Dr. Indu Kaura is a distinguished educator and researcher who previously served as the coordinator of the Rajkumari Amrit Kaur Child Study Centre, affiliated with the Department of Child Development, Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. Her extensive background in child development and laboratory research brings a wealth of knowledge to The Little Scholar Daycare board. Dr. Kaura’s expertise in developmental psychology and research methodologies helps to guide our program development and ensure that we provide evidence-based, high-quality care and education for our children.
Mrs. Sashi Shukla - Board Member
Ms. Shukla holds a notable position as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Elementary Education, Miranda House, University of Delhi. She is also appointed as a research consultant for cross-cultural educational studies. Her extensive experience in academic research and her commitment to advancing educational practices contribute valuable insights to the board. Ms. Shukla’s expertise supports the development and implementation of innovative strategies at The Little Scholar Daycare, ensuring that our programs remain at the forefront of educational excellence.
Dr. Nandita Chaudhary - Board Member
Dr. Nandita Chaudhary is a distinguished scholar and educator with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She teaches at the Department of Human Development and Childhood Studies, Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, where she has earned recognition as a Senior Fellow. Nandita’s extensive background in curriculum development and teacher training underscores her commitment to nurturing innovative learning environments. As a board member of The Little Scholar Daycare, she brings her expertise in educational strategies and her passion for child development to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our programs.
